Parnell Challenge

Coach Tinker coached a football player, Anthony Parnell, who passed away after graduating High School. Coach Tinker promised his mom he would always honor her son. Four boys will be selected by Coach Tinker to participate in this challenging circuit. The winner is determined by who completes the most circuits in 18 minutes. It all has meaning:

• 185 lb Clean x 2: Parnell’s body weight was 185 lbs
• 17 KB Kettlebell Swings: Parnell died on 2/17/16
• 16 Box Jumps
• 59 Meter Sprint: Parnell’s Football number was 59
• 18 Minute AMRAMP: Parnell was 18 years old
